Your name and email address is sometimes collected and stored on the third party services of ActiveCampaign, Thinkific and Mailchimp. ActiveCampaign is our main service provider used to store your data in order to send you communications pertaining to The Calm Monkey’s services and products. Your profile information when applying to The Calm Monkey's training programs may include name, email address, mailing address and information pertaining to your mindfulness experience and plans.

Your personal information is important to us, and will not be sold or given to any third parties for any reason, without your explicit consent.

2. How does The Calm Monkey get my consent?

You are providing consent to collect your personal information when you:

Opt-in to receive our communications
Request free resources
Participate in studies
Apply for or sign-up for products, services or training
Provide email or verbal consent to specifically be added to our contact lists

If you wish to unsubscribe from a contact email list, you may unsubscribe at any time through the Unsubscribe link in the emails.
